Why isn't Galerie showing all of my photos?
Galerie requires access to your photo library to display photos. Go to Settings → Privacy & Security → Photos → Galerie and make sure access is set to All Photos.
How do I manage my Galerie purchase?
Purchases are managed through your Apple ID. To view or manage them, open the App Store, tap your profile picture, then tap Subscriptions or Purchases.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to submit a refund request.
I found a bug. How do I report it?
Please email us at support@simplyuseful.app with a description of what happened and what you expected to happen. If you can include your iOS version and device model that helps a lot.
